FAQ’S

Come prepared for

A GOOD TIME

  • All sales are final. Once you grab your spot, it’s yours. Refunds aren’t available unless we cancel the event on our end.

    Can’t make it? Your tickets are transferable! Forward your confirmation email to a friend and they can take your place (we don’t check names at the door).

  • What time do doors open?

    Doors open promptly at 9:00am. Guests will settle in, order drinks and get food, and eat during the first hour. Music is playing the whole time, but the real fun starts once the mimosas kick in.

    How long does the event last?  

    We wrap up at 1. You’re welcome to arrive late or leave early. Just don’t miss the good stuff.

    FOOD & DRINKS

    Is food included with my ticket? YES! Your ticket covers admission, entertainment, buffet, an inflatable microphone.

  • We will do our best to sit all orders purchased under the same name together! If you’re adding friends later, we recommend buying their tickets under the same name as the original order. We’ll try to accommodate if that didn’t happen, but that’s the only guaranteed way to be seated together.
